Does Norn work with my theme?
It installs as a native theme block on your product page. No code, and it doesn’t break when you switch themes.
What if I don’t have a digital size chart?
A photo or PDF of the one you have is enough. Norn reads it into a sizing grid for you to review and publish.
How accurate is the recommendation?
It’s grounded in your own chart, matching the shopper’s measurements against your real sizing, and it shows the math. It’s never a black box.
What about my shoppers’ data?
Measurements are stored in your Shopify customer profiles, owned by you and portable. Norn keeps matching server-side and never exposes raw measurements. See the privacy policy.
Do you charge per shopper or per quiz?
No. Flat monthly plans, gated by volume bands, never a per-interaction fee. A recommendation is counted when Norn returns a size to a shopper.
Inches or centimeters?
Both. Shoppers pick, and Norn handles the conversion.
Can one chart cover many products?
Yes, that’s the point. Read a chart once, then assign it to the products or whole collections that share it. Update it in one place and it changes everywhere.
Is the size guide accessible?
Because Norn holds your chart as real data, it renders a proper screen-reader-friendly table instead of a flat image. That closes a known accessibility gap that image-only charts leave open.
How long does setup take?
Upload a chart, review the grid Norn reads, add the storefront block to your product page, and assign the chart to the products or collections it covers. Most stores are live the same day.
