These terms govern your use of Norn, a Shopify app operated by Norn (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Norn you agree to them. If you’re accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Norn reads size charts you provide and recommends sizes to shoppers on your storefront. We provide the service on an ongoing basis and may improve, change, or remove features. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use Norn.

Your account & responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the charts you upload and publish. You review every chart Norn reads before it goes live.
• You’re responsible for your use of the recommendations and for complying with the laws that apply to your store.
• You won’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to handle data you have no right to process.

Plans & billing

Norn offers a free tier and paid plans gated by the number of recommendations served per month. Plans are flat. There are no per-shopper or per-quiz fees. Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing API on the cycle shown at checkout. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

Your data

Your charts and your shoppers’ measurements remain yours and stay in your Shopify data. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Norn available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost sales or returns outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using Norn and uninstall it at any time; doing so leaves your charts and customer profiles intact in Shopify. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached in a way that isn’t remedied after notice.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date above and notify merchants in the app where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
